We Don't Accept Returns
With the exception of a mistake on your order, all sales are final. All of the pertinent information for each batt - including fiber content, weight, and other technical information - is in the listing as well as photos of what you’ll be receiving so please read the description carefully before purchasing to ensure its what you want and you have no allergies or sensitivities to the contents. If you received the wrong item, drop me a message and I will fix it.

Vegetable Matter Isn’t Your Nemesis
I do the best I can to remove all grass and hay before carding but some of it gets past me so go ahead and pick it out when you see it. I spin all of my farm yarn with an apron on to catch any pesky bits that come out as I’m working.

Hand Wash and Lay Flat to Dry
None of my fibers are machine washable so please do not throw any of your yarn or knit wear made with it into the wash unless you want a very bad day. Use a wash recommended for wool - I prefer Tuft Woolens bars - and lay your knit flat to dry.

The Hell Kittens Reign
Please be aware that we are a cat friendly household and while they are not allowed near my wool, they are cats and do what they want and I do the best I can to deter them.
